Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional charge. Each piece will be carefully gift wrapped and a decorated gift message card explaining "About Kintsugi" will be included to your order.

Each piece is created with our custom Kintsugi process, this process entails breaking the piece into multiple pieces and using an adhesive to bring the pieces back together. Using our proprietary process, blending the modern and traditional Kintsugi methods, we bring the piece to life. We will sometimes leave pits, cracks and flaws in the piece, as we believe it adds to the uniqueness of each piece. When ordering our pieces we do have many completed and in stock, there are also some of our pieces that are created after receiving an order notification processing time is the same. Returns and Refund Additional

We do offer returns within 14 days of delivery but do ask that we be notified within 3 days of delivery of your desire to return the item.
