We’ll accept return requests for items that are undamaged and still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the shipped carrier to file a damage claim, once a claim has been filed please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process (the recipient is responsible for shipping back the order) and ship your item within 30 days. We may also repair damaged pieces if the damage is not too great, please email us for details.
When receiving a refund we issue your payment to the original payment method.
